Kayaking
Part of our Pole Retreat was kayaks tour to caves. This was incredible experience and girls enjoyed every second of rowing for 3 hours along the golden coast and through the Sea Caves of Benagil.
Morning Stretching on the beach
As a part of our Pole Retreat n the mornings we had a sunrise stretching on the beach. It was very nice to get local girls joining us too.
Pole Classes
Pole Classes started!!!
Every group been training for 2 h in a row and girls done so amazing smashing all tricks and combos from Retreat instructors.
Exo Classes
Heels on!
Exo classes to fill-full the training with different styles of flow. Not looking for tiredness we filled the studio with lots of heels clacks.
Photoshoot
As the weather decided to play the game with us starting the day with the rain - we took a risk and went for 2 photoshoots : one in studio with view and another one outdoors.
As there never too much pole tricks and amazing shape shoots!
Pink Pole Picnic Party!
As a closing party we had PINK POLE PICNIC PARTY with unlimited Prosecco bar , music, pole , dance and fun games! This was a blast and most fun picnic you can imagine!

Jennya is Pole passionated Pole Fitness instructor, who's empowered over 1000's of pole lovers online and offline by running pole challenges and sharing tips and tricks tutorials. Jennya teaches students at Loughborough Uni Students Union and other studios around Midlands.
She made the journey from pole beginner to pole instructor, through competitions and personally learning from pole studios all around the world, in the same time mixing it all up of being amazing mum of 3 kids.
Jennya helps new pole lovers to find confidence and become proud of own achievements.
Jennya passionated about dynamic tricks and combos, and addicted of Exotic Choreography creations.
Zana Issartel (United Kingdom)
Zana is a pole fitness instructor based in the UK, teaching her own classes at Energie fitness in Hoddesdon.
She is incredibly passionate about pole fitness, and continuously explores new tricks to keep her training up to scratch, from dynamic transitions, flares, flip tricks, flexibility, and spin pole.
Zana is super supportive to all of her students, and always takes the time to help everyone meet their pole goals.
Her classes are fun, giggles, good vibes, no pressure, and will always leave you feeling exhilarated!

Jasmine is the founder and director of PoletastiX in Dusseldorf Germany.
Jasmine is a Poledance, Fitness and Flexibility instructor, a nutritionist and a mum of 2 kids.
Jasmine loves to share her passion for Poledance, Mindset and Healthy food on instagram and known as a hoster of international challenges to motivate people all over the world.
Jasmines mixes elegance, grace and sexyness with soft movements - focusing on the smooth, elegant and refined perfection in every inch.
